I have loved this picture ever since I laid eyes on it. The graphic quality of the image is what drew me in, but on a personal level, it reminded me of nights spent watching wicked lightning and listening to deafening thunder in my grandmothers Kansas home after a day of visiting with her over some homemade goodie in her always welcoming kitchen.
