Subscribe to RSSLighting in a photo gets me every time. I always manage look at photos more intently when the light interests me. Now that doesn't mean that I don't look at other photos, just that I am a sucker when it comes to lighting, typically. I love the light in this photo. That small sliver on his face gives the photo that much more emotion. And the way the light falls off his face helps me to connect to this photo.
