Pakistani election workers count the votes after the polls closed as they dispute some rejected ballots at a polling station outside Peshawar, February 18, 2008 in Pakistan.

There is something comical about the body language of these poll workers. It doesn't exactly inspire confidence that they know what they are doing. The Pakistani election is in fact a very serious matter, so it is encouraging that international media are allowed to observe the process.
