Subscribe to RSSI couldn't find a conversion chart that went as high as size 63, but I'm guessing that these would be roughly a size 29 if you were to find them in a U.S. store. Having been a basketball manager for a well-known Division I men's team when I was in school, I've seen some huge shoes, but these take the cake.
