I was assigned to photograph the Amish for a story in msnbc.coms Elkhart Project. The Amish wont pose for pictures their church forbids it. But, some Amish folks in Elkhart County told me that if I shot pictures without the subjects knowing that their picture was being taken, that that would be okay. I felt like the paparazzi.
