Subscribe to RSSI came across this while editing a slide show on the flooding in the Philippines. The photo was so out of keeping with the rest of the imagery that I was scratching my head trying to make sense of it until I read the caption. Now I'm half-expecting to read of someone floating to safety in a giant slipper.
