Workers are seen on a spillway under construction at the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station near the settlement of Cheryomushki June 1, 2010. The spillway is intended to dump the water in the power station's reservoir that is held by a dam over 200 metres (656 feet) high.

Russian dam dwarfs workers
