A Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey elephants gets a watermelon for dessert after a hot dog bun eating contest July 2, 2010 in Coney Island, New York. The three elephants competed against three adult males to see who could eat the most buns. The elephants won, 41 dozen for the elephants and 15 dozen for the men.

Pachyderm packs in one more bite

Although elephants have no interest in eating people, I'd think it'd be a little intimidating to stick your hands in the mouth of a creature that big.

      Beat me to it, Rach. A desert is a place with very little rainfall. The elephant had dessert.
