One World Trade Center has now risen above 30 floors.The 1,776-foot-tall building is on track to becoming the tallest structure in the Western Hemisphere.
The rebuilding of the World Trade Center tower certainly has been a long time in coming. Do you think Americans will feel differently about a nearby mosque once the symbolic tower is finished?
New York Governor David Patterson is trying to get the developers to move the project, while President Obama doesn't regret his support for the project.

I think that nothing in relation to any MUSLIM crap should be built no where in that area, but I know that the liberal lawyer are working behind the scene, just to make themself look good at our cause, but really, out of all religion the muslim faith I mean my cristhian faith, wait a minute here the founder of the united states where not muslim, I think they wanted to allowed chistian variation not something from another part of the planet that said if you dont convert YOU MUST DIE,I WILL KILLYOU,I WILL TAKEYOUR HEAD OFF,I WILL STONE YOU TO DEATH,YOU CANOT LIVE......... THAT IS MY PROBLEM WITH THIS RELIGION.
why can this people knowing this want to lived here in their mosque all they do is to pray to pray for WHAT,so we can bent over backwards because they know that they are minority, because they wants us to think that they are helpless NO WAY JOSE if it was up to me they would be praying in their own country not here..... thank you

If this stucture is not going up on either port authority or public property, then the only objection i can see is the lose of the property tax income.
