Azhar Haideri gained national attention for planning to marry two women in 24 hours. One bride was the woman arranged by his family and the other one with whom he had fallen in love. Pakistani law allows polygamy based on the concept that Islam, the main religion in the country, allows up to four wives.

More the marrier.
I once had two lady friends that were roommates. I found both attractive physically and mentally, but each had their own special buzz. I never had any romance with either, just lots of flirting. I think both liked me equally as well. I can see the logic in this sort of marraige for the man, but I wonder about the women. Do they have any problem with this?

I congratulate Mr.Azhar haidri on marrying two wives. He has positevely utilized the islamic permission for quadgamy (upto four wives). This is a great islmic teaching which consoles the widows,divorced and over aged females, as in this case Azhar's 5 year elder cousin "Humera Qasim" is honourably accomodated.
May Allah the Almighty bless on azhar's courageous action. Now what he requires is to concentrate on 2 points after marrying two wives:
1:Domestic life under Islamic Parameters.
2:Hard justice.
I want to gift my book to Azhar & hope it will educate him to mantain happy life with his two wives.
It would be appreciated if anyone could make it possible to make a contact between me and Mr.Azhar.

What a ridiculous custom. This guy is too greedy. He has someone else's wife. There is a shortage of women.
