High waves hit Beirut's promenade as heavy winds and rain whipped across Lebanon on Dec. 11, 2010, grounding flights, knocking down billboards and causing nationwide traffic jams in the first winter storm to hit the country after months of drought.

The people of my Father's homeland,Lebanon can endure this among many storms-A Hardy people who have sacrificed for their country,as Christians,endured religious ,political terriosm and are very successful the World over.
