Passengers drag their luggage around Changi International Airport's arrival hall, Wednesday, Dec. 15, in Singapore. The international airport said its passenger numbers have surged this year to a record high as a recovering global economy and two new casino resorts encouraged tourists to visit the city-state. Annual passengers surpassed 40 million on Wednesday for the first time, Changi airport said in a statement.
