Shop window abounds with Christmas wonder in Munich

Ohh, this brings back memories. As a child growing up in Germany I loved going to the city (a small town really) and look at the window displays. They just don't do them like this here in the US. Maybe the do in big cities but in our area they don't. The streets were decorated and the windows resplendent in Christmas cheer. The Christkindl markets were marvelous no matter how cold it got.
