Looks like a nanny goat to me. That hair does NOT look curly. It's hard to tell, though, I never saw one riding on a motorcycle.
Either this guy's on the lam, or he's on his honeymoon, or possibly both!
(I think that in Alabama a man can marry a lamb, unless they are blood relatives.)
When he was asked later what he was doing he said, "Mutton". Apparently he was having a bahhhhhhhd day!

In the first place, this looks like a fully grown animal, and more like a goat than a sheep. And it's legs are tied together so it can be worn like a vest.
