According to Reuters: On February 13, 2011 Swiss citizens will vote on an initiative that aims to have Swiss soldiers keep their personal army rifle in an arsenal instead of their home, in order to prevent suicides and family tragedies, according to the initative's instigators.

    huh, the original subscript was right after all. It is a poster AGAINST the initiative.

    The slogan ("Waffen-monopol für verbrecher?") loosely translates as "weapons-monopoly for criminals?".
