Lentils distributed by World Food Programme during Sudan's referendum

When I see pictures like this, I wonder about the farmer who grew the lentils, if he or she had any idea that the harvest would end up feeding people in Sudan. Sudan's in the middle of a momentous decision, voting on whether the south part of the country should secede.
