Iced in: Fishing boats blocked by sea ice in China

EPA reports: China's National Marine Forecasting Station issued an alarm on Jan. 15 on sea ice as it was developing fast off the country's eastern coast due to the severe cold including Laizhou Bay, Liaodong Bay, Jiaozhou Bay, Bohai Bay and northern Yellow Sea.
