When I first spotted this image it looked like the surveyor was standing on top of a real mountain.

Why not shape this "Mountain" like some famous massifs such as Everest, k2, Pumori, The Eiger, Ben Lomond, and others. Maybe carve a Mt. Rushmore for good measure and charge a modest fee for folks who want to be photographed in front of it to help offset the cost of moving the mound.
Who says phrogs can't think. Ribbit, and a very COOL picture as well.
