Actor Bill Murray watches a deer cross the tee box on the 3rd hole at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am- Round Two at the Spyglass golf club on Feb. 11 in Pebble Beach, Calif.
Bill Murray has his golf game interrupted by a furry friend - for real

Who else could you see this happening to?
See this week's photo collection of creatures great in small in our Animal Tracks slideshow.
Lots of deer on 17 mile drive, when I lived there I use to ride my road bike to Carmel and back to Monterey, it's the only place I have ever been where the deer don't fear people at all. It's like they know they are protected and dare you to do something to them. You can be standing 3 feet away and they'll just stare at you without a care in the world.
Kind of like all the seals along the California coast line. They're also protected. They don't fear humans at all. I've noticed dozens on boating docks. Would like to know why they're still protected? It seems they are a nuisance. Why is it that? Could someone please explain that to me. Originally from the east coast.
PolkCountyBoy, that's not a golf ball. It's the left marker of the tee box. The right marker is not viewable in this picture. Bill was getting ready to tee off on the 4th hole.
Seals and deer are protected because they are cute and cuddly. You don't see anybody holding a sign saying save the termites. People that love animals are biggoted. They like the cute ones and say to hell with the rest. Doesn't matter if they are a nuisance, someone just has to think they are loveable.
is it just me, or is that the biggest golf ball ever?

"I'm all right, nobody worry about me....." Go fer it, Bill.
Shopped.
I'm not sure who wrote the photo caption, but that looks a lot more like the tee box for the par four number 4 hole.
No interview with Murray? What a waste of space and time.
Another Disney moment...from Cinderella story to Bambi. Hey Lama.
Did you happen to see a Titleist come rumblin through here, varmint?
Why is it with every photo I see on the web, there is some douche who just HAS to type "shopped"?
Why is it with every shopped pic posted, there is some gullible douche who believes it's real? Google is your friend.
Tim's right - it is shopped. I can tell from some of the pixels, and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.
Why would anyone bother to photoshop something as commonplace as seeing a deer on a golf course? Now if it were a flying gopher I would question it.
It's the same douche.
Despite the distractions,Bill Murray has a sweet swing and wins the Pro-Am.
I can't believe no one has said it yet, so I will:
"The only good varmint poontang, is dead varmint poontang"

Not really newsworthy, is it? Had it been a groundhog stealing his ball, at least that would have been ironic.
