Police try to talk a protestor of the ledge of the capitol building February 28, 2011 in Madison, Wisconsin. Protestors were asked to leave the building last night but many refused. Police have refused to unlock the entrances today because they are trying to prevent protestors from sleeping overnight in the building. Demonstrators have occupied building with a round-the-clock protest for the past 14 days protesting Governor Scott Walker's attempt to push through a bill that would restrict collective bargaining for most government workers in the state.

I am very sorry for this protester. The strain, anxiety and drain of the ups and downs of a two week long protest has to be really hard on all of the protesters while they fight for justice in such an important cause. Stay strong Wisconsin and pull the strength from those around the nation who stand behind you and pray for you every day.
Many sacrifices will have to be made to regain our freedom from the Republican Party and their corporate masters. For our children and future generations, we must liberate ourselves from the greed frenzy of the far-right.
Looks like the Emmett Kelly clowns have been sent in to assist the teachers in their first world tragedy. Gimme a break, go back to work, there are plenty of laws on the State and Federal books to "protect" you from the big bad people.
Forcibly removed? What you guys smokin over there at the State Run Media? That dude done gone limp so the police could save his sorry behind. Think what it cost the Wisconsin taxpayer to save that looney tune. And what's with the chic with the peace signs, does she not know the Vietnam war is over, she havin' herself some flashback, too much LSD back in the day? These folks need to get a job, you know, the kind where you don't get paid unless you show up.
I'm that chick - & guess what, we were trying to keep the crowds taunting this guy peaceful. No, no flashbacks for me. I was too brainwashed to be afraid of that stuff. And guess what? I have 2 real jobs, work 2nd & 3rd shift & spend the rest of my time trying to keep the peace in Madison 50 miles away from where I work. The man on the ledge said he was tired of being lied to & had nothing to lose. He may look like a clown & not have made a wise decision but he made a point...
The man on the ledge is my beloved grandson. He is bipolar. He is gifted with a brilliant mind and enormous love for his fellow man. When he is manic, he is unable to make reasonable decisions. He is so loved by his whole family, but we are helpless to save him.
