Florida Division of Forestry Supervisor Tommy Paradise, of Viera, Fla., stands on an Interstate 95 overpass as he keeps his eyes on a 10,000-acre wildfire burning in the Scottsmoor, Fla., area on Monday, Feb. 28. The Florida Highway Patrol has reopened a roughly 30-mile stretch of the interstate on the state's central Atlantic coast that was closed because of the fast-moving wildfire. Rain was in the forecast Tuesday, March 1, 2011, as officials opened all lanes of Interstate 95 in Brevard County. They also reopened U.S. Highway 1.
