Maybe the people in Ankara should try Germany's solution to late winter snowfall. I'm ready for spring... not more snow!

Two days of uninterrupted snowfall in the capital, Ankara, plunged the city's traffic into chaos. Major routes were cluttered with vehicles on Tuesday evening, forcing people to walk to their homes, Anatolian News Agency said.
