Bet the makers of pillows love this day.
Stupid waste
Yeah, I hate when other people have fun too. WTF?
... we honestly need something like this once in a while to "lighten" up the otherwise burdensome thoughts of the world ...

Good clean wholesome =) funn!! Remember to keep your mouth closed. ;}
c patel,
Yes, it is a mockery; but wouldn't it be SO much better if man could settle his differences with a pillow fight than with bullets and bombs. But, I forget, someone would have the bright idea to advance military science and add bricks to the pillows.
This is just what it looks like, some harmless fun. Biggest expense, cleaning up the mess. In a world full of misery, we need some fun. Even Christ went to a wedding. And he even supplied more wine.
Tens of thousands dead in Japah tsunami, more thousands to die from radiation poison; middle east exploding in Islamic civil war; socialists destroying American economy with obscene spending; looney tune in Iran (Ahmadinejad) swears destruction of Israel and America, believes he is the 12th Imam here to usher in the 7 years of war, chaos and tribulation as a necessary prerequisite to the arrival of the Mahdi, the Muslim Messiah. Yep, this calls for a pillow fight.
Seriously?! If more people knew how to have good, clean fun the world would be a better place. You need a life outside of misery!
And how many of these fun loving people will stick around to clean up the mess they created? None i will bet.. They would think twice if this pillow fight took place inside their own houses and they were left to clean up the mess!!!
Good clean fun huh?
wow, you are lame.
There were people in Boston who stayed to clean up! Wow, what a grinch.
It's celebration of a massacre. "So much feathers, it's impossible to count them!" says one bewildered pigeon.
Let's see, we've got tens of thousands dead (or dying) in Japan from the tsunami and radiation poisoning; Muslim civil war in the middle east; greedy socialists destroying the American economy with unbridled spending and obscene debt; and a megalomaniacal lunatic in Iran out to destroy Israel and America, who believes he is the 12th Imam, here to usher in the Mahdi, the Muslim Messiah, with 7 years of war, chaos, and destruction. So let's have a pillow fight. Time to Partaay! 50 years ago it was tune in, turn on, and drop out. Nothing much has changed in the west.
MSNBC: either nothing newsworthy to show, or too lazy to do any work to report real news.
Hey, with all the doom and gloom, why not have something that can bring a smile, make people laugh.
Everytime I see this, I like to go out and throw as much trash as possible on the sidewalks of DC.
I can see both sides of this argument. It's good to have a harmless fight -- to let off steam. It's much better than dropping bombs or shooting people. It's also important to acquire the hard news, especially through a website such as www.msnbc.msn.com.
You know, it's kind of like stopping to smell the roses. We do need a respite from all our troubles. It also gives work to the custodial folk who clean it up. I guess that side (pro-pillow fight) wins with me!
I have never heard of this before, but it looks like fun. Yes, the world is full of huge problems, but a few minutes of just fun would do everyone a lot of good.
Yes, the world is full of problems right now but maybe a good pillow fight can put a smile on someone's face.
Wouldn't that be worth it?
Believe it or not, there are fun-loving people (even in the West) who can be good enough citizens to help clean up after themselves. (See examples throughout history if you must be convinced.) Have we become so jaded that we deny others the ability to have a few minutes of relatively harmless fun just because all cannot participate? Does that mean none of us should eat because there are still humans who starve? Lighten up and enjoy others' fun, even if we are in grief. Hope springs eternal.
This looks way too violent for progressive, nannies! M OBama will have to get this stuff banned, and regulated! someone is going to get hurt. That is how our next war will be fought: with pillows, no one gets killed.
You know, I remember a time when all people ever did was complain nobody EVER REPORTED ANY GOOD NEWS! Now they complain that we DARE to report good news when there's so much BAD going on everywhere... what a change in thinking. Is this what political correctness brought us? The fear to revel in the good, for fear that we aren't empathizing with those suffering enough? What can we do? PRAY for those suffering... send what we can monetarily. If we're there, get off our butts to help. But how many of you naysayers are also out there at clubs, or the neighborhood bar drowning their sorrows... How many are ACTUALLY DOING ALL THEY CAN to help those suffering? And how many sanctimonious naysayers are just sitting on their butts feeling guilty for what they're NOT doing, and CONDEMNING anyone who's having fun, including MANY people who probably ARE...praying, sending money, supporting relief causes. Maybe not everybody, but many, I'm sure. Why should they NOT be allowed to have fun, helping stimulate jobs, and BRINGING A LITTLE GOOD NEWS, today...when EVERYBODY could use some, that have access. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE! And power to those who DARE to find unique and creative, SAFE ways to have FUN.
Great comment CrazyDaddyo. All of the Nancy Negatives on here are undoubtedly, impeccable time-managers. How do they do it? Spending countless hours a day empathizing and organizing disaster relief organizations, yet still finding time to read and post to an article of this sort. Something tells me they took a peek at this article in the first place b/c of some feelings and fascination they're trying to quell.
Well,,, there are two options...
First, use memory foam pillows,,no mess!! HA =)
Second stuff pillow cases full of food and have a pillow-slash- food fight..
Paintball gun is messy, but really becoming a great form of entertainment, especially for youth. Better than those lameo non-alcoholic nightclubs.
