There is more of a moment. The other one is almost a standard wedding photo.
The girl also adds an added dimension. Her reaction mimics many in the world that "enough of the noise."
Good choice in finding a different image than the standard.

It has more of a moment, the girl adds an extra dimension of feeling, and there is a simpler composition.
The other seems to be a standard wedding photo.
The child is not reacting to noise from the crowd - she is trying to muffle the sound of the jets overhead.
