'Art in the Streets' Is it art or vandalism?

The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles has opened a new controversial exhibit called "Art in the Streets." It is the first major historical exhibition of graffiti and street art to be organized by an American museum. See more on the exhibit here.
