i feel sorry for his family, and what if anything has he contributed to this child, it is not only Maria and her children that are hurt, but it is a triangle and what about the woman involved and now she has to confess to her husband and child the truth; and will her family accept it. For Arnold and Maria, I have to say they must have had a pretty strong bond... A marriage with four beautiful kids lasting 25 years.... The unusual pairing of Hollywood hunk and an old money Camelot princess... that's a pretty good track record for anyone, even 'Joe and Donna' in Hometown USA. I wonder how many men in his position in L.A. or in other high places have been perfect angels for decades. Maybe the other woman wanted him to come clean and acknowledge this child. The best and most honorable reason being that the child should have a relationship with its father. Maybe even meet its 1/2 siblings someday.

Infidelity is a horribly selfish act. Selfishness is the mindset of a child. To think people respected this man that has caused more pain then he will ever know...

People that do this think that they are so special that it is okay to take away another’s reality. The entire marriage is a loss, the children will suffer too, and 25 years of a person’s life was completely wasted in a lie. Way to go Arnold! I hope you have to spend the rest of your life and every cent you to make this better. It would be a start anyway. You can’t take it back.

Do you wonder if Arnold had a choice to tell the story? Was it more like someone was going to go puplic with this tale and Arnold could then explain his actions after the story was leaked? I think he's a "bad actor" in more than one sense of the word.

This is yet another male who has betrayed his wife and children......seems to be an on going trend. There is NO way to describe the pain and damage he has done to Maria and his children. He's been living a lie all these years. How could he ever be trusted in 'any' form again? He has no talent as a actor, no morals, and is a poor excuse for a human being. People, men and women, who do this to their families should be required to pay a price to society.......maybe some prison time. They think they are above all others. One day they will answer to God for this infidelity. May God help us forgive them.
