Israeli magician aims to break David Blaine's endurance record

Israeli illusionist Hezi Dean's newest stunt is an attempt to break the record of American endurance artist David Blaine.

Israeli illusionist and endurance artist Hezi Dean is lifted to the top of a tower by crane, as he prepares to attempt standing atop the tower for 35 hours, at Rabin square in Tel Aviv, Israel, on May 18.

Dean was raised on a 27 meter high tower in Tel Aviv Wednesday morning and aims to remain there with no food until Thursday evening, for a total of 35 hours. He plans to jump off into a stack of cardboard boxes to break his fall.
