While America is struggling and behind, China building modern bullet trains and massive railways infrastructures in the world to accomodate needs and future: cheaper, faster, less pollution, less dependent on gas and coals, create jobs, convenient, less fat people, good walking, healthier, et. Accolade and kudos to Chinese government.
