Bull gets revenge on bullfighter in Pamplona, Spain

Death is a terrible thing and I feel bad for the Matador, but Bull Fighting is cruel and inhumane. Any man that establishes his machoism by killing anything or anyone has a problem - no matter how deepy seated within one's culture this practice is. Man is definately depraved.

I only saw one bullfight in my life, and that was in Barcelona in the early '70s. I hopped a flight south because it had not stopped raining in Amsterdam for a full week. My seat was in the equivalent of the Center Field bleachers, so I really couldn't see the action very well. There were cushions on the concrete bleachers, and signs everywhere telling people not to throw the cushions into the bull ring. At the end of the afternoon, everybody threw their cushions into the ring.

I AM sorry for the Matador, and understand it is very cultural, etc....but hey - you mess with the bull, you get the horns. Just because something's been done for centuries doesn't make it right. If they didn't torture the animals, but cared for them as in Rodeo, that would be different. Rodeo animals are worth thousands, and are very well cared for - "bull fighting" should be ended.

I will never feel sorry for the matador! New tradition: stick the matador with spears in his neck and see how strong he is to fight. Way to go BULL, too bad this is not the usual outcome...

My comment is being done because of the pain this bullfighter is enduring while been stomped by the bull. No one in his/her right mind enjoys seeing someone's pain, not even a bull's pain!! These big beautiful animals being tormented by bullfighters has got to stop. The bull was born with pain receptors just as humans are and because of that he is tormented and gored and I don't understand the reasoning. Manhood is NOT achieved by inflicting pain.
