I wonder how long it's been since Staff Sgt. Qjendismiranda has seen his son.
Jim, this photo reminds me of Dispatches by Michael Herr. I see the fellow with his M-16, or whatever he's got resting in his his arms, and his fingers at the stock are set for Combat. While at the back of the shot some guys are animated, maybe even joking.
