Most news pictures hit the wires very quickly, often within minutes of being taken, but some take longer to emerge.
We reported earlier this week on a violent incident that took place in China's restive western region of Xinjiang on Monday. 18 people were reported killed after a clash at a police station. Overnight, Reuters moved a series of pictures of the incident which had been released by local authorities.

China on Wednesday raised the death toll to 18 from the clash at the police station in the restive far western region of Xinjiang, saying that 14 "rioters" died along with two policemen and two hostages in the worst violence there in a year.

THERE IS NO VIOLENCE IN CHINA! IT IS A UTOPIA!
With all the naysayers here on the US every time the topic of China comes up, ridiculous phrases like these will probably appear in the following posts.
Hint, if you only record crimes that someone took a picture of and then sent out on the internet, you have a very low crime rate ;)
All that aside, my condolences to the innocent victims caught up in this. On that note, at least, we can all feel for those who are victims.
there are no innocents in this war. look at how many innocents are killed wen a moslem detonates a car bomb. China is starting to catch the virus islam spreads.
If only the Chinese yielded to the Americans and not the Russians after WWII...
But as China grows their boarders and influences will expand and like the U.S., foreigners will feel alienated.
Condolensces to the victims' loved ones and the victims.
