Adam and Eve...not Adam and Steve....just sayin

Mom of 2 teens, hopefully you are teaching your teens to be loving of others and not judgemental. Some day you may find that one of your teens or their children are gay and you will be ashamed. Karma is a powerful thing.
Adam loves Pete and Eve loves Eva. I honor their love and commitment to each other and theit marriage.
GOD honor loves, not bigotry. Tell young people, love matters and marriage works because of two people love each other deeply regardless they are the opposite genders or not. Please teach love not discrimination to young minds.
You hetero-sexist people need to lighten up. This about CIVIL marriage. You are entitled to your opinions, outdated as they are. A Catholic hetero couple is not going to walk into a Baptist church and demand to get married any more than a gay couple is going to walk into a Catholic church and demand the same. But what is REALLY disgusting (learn to spell) is your assertion that you alone hold the keys to marriage rights.
What does it matter to anyone else who marries who? Stick your nose into your own lives and keep them out of others. Very happy that any and all loving couples can get married in NY. May the right to do so spread like Wildfire.
