Fair goers scream down rails on Hi-Miler coaster in California

Riders on the Hi-Miler get their thrills at the OC Fair in Costa Mesa, Calif., Sunday. Officials say they are seeing 20 to 25 percent increases in attendance at the mid-point compared to last year.
