New National Security Cutter Stratton arrives in Baltimore

I guess it's no surprise that the Coast Guard decided to refer to its new high-tech Legend class cutters as "National Security Cutters".

U.S. Coast Guard's newest National Security Cutter, Stratton is anchored near Annapolis, Maryland, before heading to Baltimore, on November 1. The National Security Cutter (NSC) is the largest and most technically advanced class of cutter in the Coast Guard, with capabilities for maritime homeland security, law enforcement and national defense missions.
