World leaders gather in Cannes to deal with euro crisis

As Ronald Reagan used to say, "There you go again."

Back in September, PhotoBlog and Nightly News had fun with the fact that President Obama's wave at the United Nations obscured the face of another leader.

I guess the president didn't get the memo.
