Having stood in the ranks numerous times waiting for some VIP to walk by, I can tell you the troops appreciated the two presidents getting wet along with them far more than the presidents minded it.
Who doesn't love the rain?...come on ..it's fantastic!
He's got a really cute smile in that last picture!
