Are you sitting comfortably? British PM David Cameron visits Brussels

Before they got down to the serious business of solving the European financial crisis in Brussels this morning, David Cameron and Herman Van Rompuy appeared to spend a little time testing the robustness of the furniture.

Cameron will travel to Berlin later on Friday for what are likely to be tense talks with Chancellor Angela Merkel on the eurozone crisis and controversial plans to introduce a financial transaction tax. Read more.
