Police arrest Sadeque Hossain Khoka, Dhaka City mayor and vice chairman of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), during clashes between police and BNP activists in front of Dhaka Judge Court in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Dec. 4. Activists of the BNP torched a number of motorcycles and a police vehicle and vandalized nearly a dozen cars as police charged at them with batons and fired teargas to disperse the demonstrators during the day-long opposition strike, police said. The activists are against the government's decision to split the city into two administrative zones.
