Since when do you wear white shoes with the Dress White Uniform? Is there a special uniform situation in Hawaii you can wear different color shoes?

    Good evening, I am the girl in this picture and at the COMPACFLT Boathouse we wear white slip on boat shoes because we do alot of line handling. If we wear the black dress shoes we slip. These shoes allow us to have good traction on the slippery piers.
