People visit "Moroz-city" (Frost city) at the Sokolniki city park in Moscow, Jan. 10, 2012. The city, made of ice, consists of streets, a bank, a theatre, a prison, a registry office, a hotel and other sights, according to the local media.
This looks like a fun thing to do during the cold winter months in Russia. Apparently tourists will be able to stay at the snow city. More information at RT.com
In China, you can visit another city made of ice at the Harbin Ice Festival. See photos in our slideshow at left.

That city of ice is like the coolest thing ever!
