The first picture's caption is confusing. Unless they were defective, shouldn't they be carrying them from a brick factory instead of to there?

The wording is somewhat confusing, but I don't think the caption is wrong.

    How to make a brick:
    1) Right mix of materials (whether mixing or quarrying)
    2) Put it in a Mold
    3) Let dry
    4) Burn it (Kiln)

In the first picture they could be doing steps 1, 2 and as little as 3 as possible before taking it to the brick factory. There it will likely dry for many more days before being burned.
