I keep hearing you republicans saying how he's the worst president ever. Sorry, but saying it a bunch of times doesn't make it true. And after he did what Bush started but couldn't finish (killing Bin Laden, Qaddafi) please tell me why you think he's the worst president ever. I mean, he basically caved to every Republican demand that they fought him on. He kept many Bush appointees in key posts in the govt throughout his administration. But because Fox News and Rush tell you he's the worst in history you take it in stride just because he has a D next to his name not an R. Please republicans start thinking for yourself. Look at the facts not what Fox News tells you. Stop being lazy.
My sons can destroy a room in a few seconds but it takes a whole lot more time to put it back into place. The same goes for the country and what GWB got us into. I can't believe people actually think this is an Obama issue...

Scott: Please tell us what news sources you rely on that are so objective and balanced. Which ones? NBC, CBS, ABC, NPR, PBS, CNN, BBC,New York Times, some other left wing paper....which ones?? Which commentators do you listen to? Schultz, Maddow, Olberman, Stewart, Maher?? Which ones do you listen to that are so much more enlightened?
I'm always amused by liberals who can't stand that there is even one network that gives a different viewpoint, also has exponentially more liberals on as well (not to mention kicks every other cable network in the ass in the ratings), than ANY other network has conservatives...and yet folks like you always say NOT to listen to Fox, and then never tell who you do listen to. Why is that??
Are you afraid that someone might say your source is a left wing pile of crap?? Why yes, yes, I do believe that might be the reason. After all, revealing what sources you get your information from completely destroys the illusion that liberals always portray of seemingly having this grand nebulous source of information that they can't quite reveal to anyone...while wanting you to rest assured that it is much better than Fox or Limbaugh. They know that revealing their sources totally destroys that delusion.
So please, put on you big boy pants and enlighten the rest of us as to what your sources are. And then I'll make my own judgements on your superior sources and tell you what I think of them. But as you can probably already guess, you most likely won't like what you hear.

when obama took over the presidency it was like inheriting an old car with a blown engine(unemployment at 10%), no tires(business stagnant), no money(ongoing wars), and having to fix it outside in the winter(the repubs stopping anything tried,"the party of no"). then the big repub cry, " he's had these yrs to fix it and what has he done". now that the economy is starting to pick up you don't hear that to often anymore. he may not be perfect by a long shot, but the other choices don't seem to have either the morals, intelligence, or the ability to understand what it means to have to work every day just to survive.
Wrong! The car was just dirty when Blowbama took over. Now we have sold it to the Chinese and we are renting it back from them and paying more than we sold it for. Blowbama needs to go and soon!!!

unemployment was below 10%, actually just below 8% when obama took office. gas was at $1.83. obama stated the stimulus would keep us below 8% unemployment and we shot to over 10% and now slipped back to 8.3%. and oh by the way, gas has more than doubled.

Everything Obama does is suspect in my eyes. No one seems to look at his actions. Don't forget the old saying that actions speak louder than words. Most people are ignoring the facts. He was a community organizer who hung around with communist radicals, went to a radical church with Jerimiah Wright who is a pastor who hates America and Isreal equally and Obama's past is pretty much a big secret. His energy policies are making the middle class poorer and the poor even more poor. Gas is up, electricty and heat will be going up once the coal plants are closed and he wants the prices to go up! He has so much as said so! He is buying up Amercia with our tax dollars, our health care, the auto industry and Fannie Mae owns many mortgage debts. He says he is looking out for the American people but I don't see it. There has been so much racial tension in this country since he has been in office. He is a liar and I am going to go out on a limb here and call him a Marxist/Communist. Look at the facts!!! We will soon be a socialist country if people don't start thinking for themselves and we don't turn it around by voting him out of office.

So, who is really to blame for all of this? This is a country that wants God hating ideals. We want same sex marriages. We want abortion. We want legal drugs to fry our brains with . . . Then when we have eliminated as much of God's moral direction as we can, and still try to eleminite more . . . what do we say. "Wow, that lousy president really got us in a mess didn't he?"
Maybe we should look in the mirror and ask, What can I do personally to start changing the way our country is going. What am I doing that is not God pleasing, then change that.
Or, think I'm some kind of righ wing radical nut case and do nothing, and let it continue on down hill from here. But we are on a down hill run and it's gaining momentum real fast.

I agree with you except for the "we want legal drugs to fry our brains". The last time I heard "we" only want to legalize marijuana which by the way is a natural plant that GOD created. To say that ingesting a plant is somehow "wrong" with god is not the correct analogy. If that is the case then we all are going to hell because we all humans have ingested a plant or two in our lives.
usa is great: God created a PERFECT world, but sin has caused corruption so nothing that we currently see is exactly as it was created in it's original perfect state. Perhaps the negative effects that marijuana has on judgement, memory of heavy users and the carcinogens in the smoke were not present in the original plant, but they are now. Considering the problems (23,199 deaths in 2007) caused by alcohol abuse and misuse which has certainly increased since Prohibition was repealed, why add stoners to the mix?
Considering the plant in its "perfect" state as you put it was used for many years for medical purposes I dont think it has changed from that since we are now starting to agree that POT does have medical properties that HELP us not harm us. I have never heard of anyone dying from OD with POT like you can with alcohol. As far as carcinogens there are none in POT. Pot is smoked either out of a bong/pipe with no bad filters or papers which also have no bad filters built into them. What is so "bad" or "evil" about ingesting POT?
you're right dan, but we got this way because of our own greed. we've been taught "greed is good". the one with the most toys should be envied. and as those with the most toys got more powerful they could buy whoever was needed to change or write laws that favored them to get more or prevent others from taking a piece of theirs. as the money narrowed in who held it it became apparent that to protect themselves they would band together and call themselves a "corporation". now they can do whatever they please because then the corporation would be at fault not the individual and it can be folded and started under a new name. we did it to ourselves and encouraged it.

Most americans dont even know what they are voting for (color of skin or he is a rep or dem). Obama is sneaky so was Bush heck Clinton started the trend. Ron Paul is teh best fit to help America but media shuns him for Romney the RICH and caught again lying Santorum. I will be either voting R.Paul or writing him in. From what I understand from this evedropped conversation is that Obama would rather discuss missile defense at another time, when he doesn't have to try to appease to the Republicans in Congress that won't work with him and the conservative @!$%#s are making it sound like he's giving away top secret information. The Cold War with Russia ended over 20 years ago! He's trying to loosen the tention between us and the Communist and the Middle Eastern nations we're actually having issues with. The alternative is a power hungry theocrat playing eeny, meeny, mighty moe on a map for which country to plant a few mushroom clouds in and bringing back the draft so the US has enough soldiers to use as cannon fodder for their next invasion. The only ones Obama should be pissing off are the war and oil profiteers.

In a nutshell Obama says WHEN I get RE-ELECTED (read elected dictator) comrade you WILL get what you want; congress has my hands tied, but in my new term I will do away with congress and RULE. Obama has done nothing in 4 years the guy just showed up for a paycheck; the only reason you see him all of a sudden is there is an election.
