US President Barack Obama, under the watchful eye of the Secret Service, departs the aboard Marine One from the South Lawn of the White House in Washington, DC, on March 30. President Obama will spend the day campaigning in Vermont and Maine.

When I first saw the top photo, I thought it was taken at a Justin Bieber sighting. Turns out the girls were just waving at the President as he boarded a helicopter on his way to Vermont and Maine.

Inappropriate comment about young girls. Your comment should be collapsed.

birth control pills pervert the natural cycle that God put in a woman. All they are for is a license to have unrestrained sex, with no concern or thought of the responsibility of the act. When you try to play the role of God, or alter the natural course of life, you always end up in trouble...one way or another.

Young girls getting excited over the Biebs or Obama. As Rush would say, they have skulls full of mush. I'm guessing that these photos of BO were all set up to make him look popular. What do 8th grade girls know about anything. It's all just a ploy to make BO look good. He's going down in November!!!

So, are you one of the few remaining people who still tries to defend Limbaugh- the vile, hate-filled liar who will denigrate anyone?

Obama is trying to save face before the election. He knows he could very well lose.

I am very proud of our president!

I would have been cheering also.

It seems that the current pool of Republicans just aren't that popular with the young. (And, why would they be?)

You know the right has done everything in their power to try to demonize our president. Lying, exaggerations, bigoted comments.

Truth is, he is a good, decent person who is trying to save our country. And, he is doing a hell of a job- especially considering the hate and vile and obstruction he has faced from conservatives.

I need health insurance. Don't start yapping about repealing the national health care laws to me. I will stand up to your lies and hatred.

All Rush did was call her a slut. If a girl wants birth control to have sex with several people without worrying about getting pregnant, wouldn't that girl be considered a slut?

The problem in America is that just about everyone is so ultra ultra ultra ultra ultra sensitive, and no knows how to laugh at themselves anymore, or take a joke. Every word spoken is subject to going under a figurative microscope and dissected in to many forms. I would just love to see how people would respond today if John Lennon made his innocent remark about the Beatles being "more popular than Jesus Christ" now. Half the world would want him dead. Give peace a chance!!!!!!!

Screw the president and bieber. @nick1970-3617005 yeah I believe it was the correct term but he shouldn't have done that live on TV or radio. Why is this a story, honestly?

                        Sara,

As a parent and a conservative, it's not my job to be popular with my kids or any other young person. My job is to prepare them for the future, protect them from people that would steal from them for their own gain and love them when they do stupid things. When you get to 25 years old perhaps you'll begin to see the light...
