Frantic effort to rescue people trapped in a collapsed factory in India

Rescue workers remove a worker from the debris of a collapsed factory in Jalandhar, India, April 16. The building, housing a blanket manufacturing factory, collapsed after a blast in the factory's boiler.

 It was 11:30pm at night when the building collapsed, but workers were there, busy making blankets at the factory.  Approximately 60 people have been pulled from the rubble and three have been found dead. Rescue workers continue to search for survivors as they believe there were about 90 people in the building at the time of the blast.
