Reuters reports — Up to 40,000 Norwegians staged an emotionally-charged sing-along in Oslo on Thursday near the court house where Anders Behring Breivik is on trial for the murder of 77 people in a protest organizers said showed he had not broken their tolerant society.
"It's we who win," said guitar-strumming folk singer Lillebjoern Nilsen as he led the mass sing-along and watched the crowd sway gently in the rain. Many held roses above their heads, and some wept.

The crowd chose to sing a song - "Children of the Rainbow" - that extols the type of multicultural society Breivik has said he despised and one that he specifically dismissed during the trial as Marxist propaganda. Read the full story.

Of the many people who turned up in poor weather to participate in the singing of "Barn av Regnbuen" ("Children of the Rainbow"), quite a few went on to place flowers for the victims near the entrance to the Oslo courthouse, where the trial of Anders Behring Breivik continued.

My hat off to the Norwegian People for Uniting Together for Justice. Americans PAY ATTENTION! UNITY is the KEY word. The USG has broken the unity of the American people thus relieving themselves of their duty to protect the people that (voted) them in by pitting Americans against Americans ie. racism,politics,laws,rights and priviledges,etc. The list is too long. I am fervently anti capital punishment. That said, the sentence this rabid dog will get means he will be out in 20 years. Does anyone with more than shoe polish for brains believe he won't slaughter innocent children again? The man slaughtered children like hogs in a pen. He either needs to be put away for life or executed like the animal he is. Certain crimes are so disgusting that they require the ultimate punishment and certain criminals are so bad that they require absolute removal from civilized society. Period. A little occasional revenge is a good thing for the soul of society. Brewer is as Facist and as Un-American as they come. She blatantly goes againts the will of her own voters, this alone is ground for impeachment.
She is also a walking violation of the first Amendmenment of the Bill of Rights with her ultra religious Theocratic views.
The only thing Brewer answers to is Money. Everyone thinks SB 1070 is all about immigration, wrong, Pearce and Brewer whiped this up to fill up a for-profit prison which we all know she will be getting kickbacks for.
The mayor of Benson, AZ spilled the beans a while back.

Last year, two men showed up in Benson, Ariz., a small desert town 60 miles from the Mexico border, offering a deal.
Glenn Nichols, the Benson city manager, remembers the pitch.
"The gentleman that's the main thrust of this thing has a huge turquoise ring on his finger," Nichols said. "He's a great big huge guy and I equated him to a car salesman."
What he was selling was a prison for women and children who were illegal immigrants.
"They talk [about] how positive this was going to be for the community," Nichols said, "the amount of money that we would realize from each prisoner on a daily rate."
But Nichols wasn't buying. He asked them how would they possibly keep a prison full for years — decades even — with illegal immigrants?
"They talked like they didn't have any doubt they could fill it," Nichols said.
That's because prison companies like this one had a plan — a new business model to lock up illegal immigrants. And the plan became Arizona's immigration law.

Because of his racist mental defect, young lives were lost. "Evolution is an amazingly intelligent necessity, for those who lack the ability to move beyond the distortion that life is some form of a twisted mental state that considers oneself as the only viable option for humanity,not true. Hopefully at some point in your life you will remove yourself from this slavery that denotes simply because you are not like me, i must hate you. This is a form of mental retardation, i wish you the best "sincerely", you should be able to live with constant peace of mind, anything less is slavery.
You don't have the facts right, Keith. It's 21 years in prison, but it can be extended forever if he's deemed a threat/sick... Breivik will never be let loose!
P.S. The death penalty is outlawed in all 50 European countries by treaty.
So many examples of those who would seek peace in the face of hate. Gahandi, The Christ - who endured the hurtful hate with gentle love. A child's fable about the wind and the sun having a discussion as to who was the stronger - trying to make a man on the road take his coat off, the wind blew hard, but the man only hugged his coat tighter, the sun just gently, peacefully sent his warmth, so the man took his coat off. I will continue to believe that war only begets war. I continue to believe that one day there will be peace and we can finally, wearily, put our weapons to rest. Perhaps the Norwiegens have helped show us the way.
Your not going to change Breivik by putting him into prison for 21 years for 77 murders. Your not going to help anyone by committing him to a State run hospital. He needs to be punished for crimes against Humanity, period! Let's see that is about 4 months for each murder. There are only two options that most in the World would want or demand. Life in prison or lights out and no tomorrow for this despicable human. If Norway thinks they are making some point by slapping him on the wrist for these horrid crimes it is not working. People have to be held accountable for their actions and crimes committed. There is no blame for anything or anyone other then Breivik for this crime. He's a monster and should be put away.
