At least the US of A has not invaded this throwback nation YET !

Guess Obama (if that is his name) is waiting until a few weeks prior to the National Election to declare 'war' ?

Of course in keeping with past policies, Congress the body who can authorize entering into war will not be consulted. A NATIONAL EMERGENCY will be declared, the battle will be joined and we can enjoy (sarcasm) the fruits of our mooslum occupier in the Oval Office.

NOT !

To start a war now, it takes more than an order from the Commander in Chief of the USA. Foreign policy is now an important requirement and must be certified by NATO. The extremes of the Persian Gulf and the number of American troops in Afghanistan still, is an important reason for NATO to become more involved.

The objective here is to give the population of the world and countries being attacked a chance to understand and arbitrate the issues and not just Americans. The effect of war reaches far beyond the countries at war and should be considered.

Alliances are also effected along with trade, defense, deficit, and resolution. Recuperation is also important because it may or may not increase poverty.

For this reason, more consideration should be taken, the thing to remember as well is that soldiers moving usurps the resources of the country they migrated to and most times the war stems from political or government reasons. This I think is unfair to the population moving and resident population as well.
