We have the nicest allies in the Middle East.

This story isn’t surprising when you consider that they were arresting doctors and nurses for treating protesters.

I’m embarrassed that our 5th Fleet makes its home there. I was hopeful that our government would be a little more vocal about this a$$hattery, lest we be defined by the actions of our allies. While I’m sure that nothing meaningful has been done because they point out that they graciously let our Navy use their country as a base of operations, I’m also sure we’re giving them lots and lots of money to do so.

They were the first country in the Middle East that we made a free trade agreement with, the Bahrain–United States Free Trade Agreemen. Perhaps it’s time to put an end to that.

Isn't it interesting how our allies adopt some of our most barbaric practices. Imagine arresting a six-years old. Or, better yet, imagine prosecuting a ten-years old for first-degree murder. Yes, these things happen, and they have happened in the USA.

Looks like it's time to review the lawbooks again. Make some changes!

It is amazing what power some of these leaders have...it is so apparent that they are horrible leaders. You can see right through their skin into their greedy stone heart. They make life so so difficult for innocent women and children. They are inhumane, they abuse their power upon mankind.

Look at the puzzle as a whole. What is missing? What should not be? How can I make life good for my people? This is what a leader should ask himself.

As the government in Syria does to its people, so will Bahrain. The U.S has its naval base there so it will support the government of Bahrain, with weapons and support against its people. The same is happening in Syria. The Russians have a base in that country and will support its government to suppress the people. Funny how things like this lead to global conflict, get ready to die for oil. At least the rich will still have their stuff.
