Ai Weiwei slams judge as court rejects appeal

Reuters reports — A Chinese court upheld a $2.4 million tax evasion fine against China's most famous dissident Ai Weiwei on Thursday, ending his long legal battle with the authorities but paving the way for him to be jailed if he does not pay. 

An angry Ai, who was allowed to attend court in person for the first time and without an obvious police presence, said he scolded the judge for being a "shame and a disgrace".

"It (the court) didn't respect the facts or give us a chance to defend ourselves; it has no regard for taxpayers' rights," he told reporters. Read the full story.

    Hey here's a great idea nothing new here-12200374, why don't you, obama, and biden all move to Kenya where he is a legal citizen. Or better yet move to one of his muslim brotherhood nations.

      Continue the George Bush policies, vote Obama or whom-ever...

      The names may change but the same old things continue to happen...

      The USA has the best Politicians money can buy. Maybe not all of them are the best, but they still get the money...

      Remember that the POTUS only controls foreign policy, the Congress controls the US Citizens...

      Vote accordingly, but at least VOTE...

            In China, you could be put to DEATH for tax evasion...

            If this was done in the USA, it would about clean-out Obama's adviser section and a lot of his Czars...
