Admittedly I'm not that up on my Kyrgyzstan birds of prey but that is definitely not a Golden Eagle.

    It appears to be in the Accipiter family of hawks.

      This is a Goshawk. Decidedly not an eagle of any sort! Responsible journalism includes captioning after the picture is developed.
