The two kids are going to need all the help they can get as they have a scar for life. The two kids look like white kids, and it's possible the mother may have been white. This may have just been a hate crime.

To all of those who comment regarding the non-existence of God:
I am in awe of your tremendous intellects. In all of the multiple universes, stages of energy flow, types of matter and existence that the human mind can not see or perceive, you have complete knowledge of the status of God and reasons for action and non-action. You have decided, in a complete and accurate manner, how interactions with free will are to be determined. You have complete and absolute knowledge of all methods and manner of cause-and-reaction from all incidents.
You who know and shout about the non-existence of God have wisdom exceeding Mankind's and are truly god-like!
Yes, most of this is sarcasm. The God-denying men/women are normally the most limited people that I meet in daily life. In most fields of science and knowledge, often the remark is stated about the limited amount of knowledge that mankind has accumulated.
Faith is not based upon evidence or proof. Please consult a dictionary prior to making useless arguments about other's personal belief systems. I believe based upon personal faith in the existence of God. Please forgive me for my personal belief. Now feel free to mock and make fun of all who have such faith based belief. This seems to be one of the only satisfying things that God-haters do on the internet.
Clearly, the faith that you demonstrate about the non-existence of God is not based upon evidence. It is also a faith based upon your very limited knowledge.
I chose to allow you to hold your belief without further need to comment upon fantasy or comments upon your mental health.
How can I find out about the two children, Carlos and Izabel? Is there an agency to contact? Do these little ones have more family to take them in? Do they need a family? Someone please direct me in locating and helping them. Thank you
This is such a tragic story. I want to find these children and adopt them. Does anyone have any information about them since 10/10/12? Where are these children and how do we go about finding a way to adopt them?
